My gorgeous Dad passed away in the early hours of this morning just one day shy of his 85th birthday. I was priviledged to be with him holding his hand as he passed. I'm so glad he is now without the emcumbrances that his illness brought him, is peaceful and on his way to whatever happens next.
Thank you so much for your messages of encouragement, love and support. They have been a great source if encouragement and comfort to me and my Mum.
Anne xx
Loving thoughts go with you, your Mum and your families. I believe there is more so imagine your wonderful Dad sailing on peacefully, being surrounded with love wherever he is. Love and hugs, Mrs A

Dear Anne, how sad your heart must be, having said goodbye to your Dad. I hope that you readily find your "stillness" at the tree in the coming days & weeks.
ReplyDeleteIt seems to me that there has been just the right timing going on these past months...your regular visits home, the two of you there with him in the last days & the birthday sparkle. Release...
I pray comfort for your mum as she needs it & a gentle love to surround you all & carry you through this time.
