A little while back I showed you some images of a new crochet project I was working on.
Here is what I was making.
As this was my first attempt at making a crochet garment, I used an inexpensive 100% acrylic, Carnival 8 ply. The pattern for the vest can be found here. I made the 1X size because I wanted my vest to be roomy. I am very happy with how it turned out and wore it out today for the first time.
I'll be back tomorrow to tell you about the Knox Festival and seeing an awesome performance by Richard Perso, the very talented son of Claire from Sweet Birdy Love.
