My lovely hubby makes dinner for us on Saturday nights and this week he decided to make hamburgers. We use the bread machine to make the dough using wholemeal flour and then bake the rolls/buns in the oven. Don't they look scrumptious?!
He was very pleased with these when they came out the oven and asked me to take a photo for my blog.
The meat patties were good too. And here is a burger just waiting to be eaten.
Homemade wholemeal hamburgers with a beef pattie, tomato sauce, cheese, (the real stuff not orange plastic squares), tomato, dill pickle, lettuce and homemade (easy cheats recipe), mayonnaise. Much better than McD's, or HJ's.

I love homemade burgers! So much healthier and you know exactly whats gone into them! Mmm, one of my favourite teas! My daughter makes a mean pork and apple burger, yum! Tell hubby to keep cooking! Sue x

I go for a bit of home-made tomato chutney though.
