Baking day

It had to be done, baking to feed the hungry hoards.

 A dozen blueberry muffins.




Fifty two Anzac biscuits.


 

Two boiled fruit cakes.


 One loaf of wholemeal bread.

    Sounds like a yummy day at your house. Your husbands clock is amazing. All it is missing is the patina of being left outside for ages. Cherrie

    Wow, you gave been industrious and it all looks so good! I haven't made Anzacs for a while so might knock up a batch this week. We have more visitors coming next weekend so they will be nice with a cuppa!

    Hi Anne, the baking looks very delish. Would you be able to tell me what ingredients go into whole meal bread? We don't have a bread here that goes by that name but I know they do in Europe. I'd love to find out what goes into it and try and make it myself.

    Oh - if I lived closer I would be asking myself over for a cuppa.

    Love that you made boiled fruit cakes. They are my favourites. You definitely bake like a farm girl! (And I mean that as the highest baking compliment.)

    Delicious - I made blueberry muffins last weekend - will freeze them next time as 6 days later going mouldy in our humidity !!!
